Downloading your media to an iOS device

We now have a iOS app that you can use to access all your account media and stream it to your device.
My file only plays for a few minutes then loops back to the start
The Safari browser doesn't allow direct downloads in iOS and will only stream the file for a few minutes and then loop back to the beginning.
You’ll need to use a replacement web browser that provides a download manager.
There are paid extensions that will allow you to add a download manager to Safari. I have not tested any though.
The best free app that I have used is Browser & File Manager' by LS Apps. If you search the app store with LS Apps, you'll see it in the results.
Most importantly is that you need to force whatever app you are using as a download manager, to download from the link. This will only happen if you press the link till a menu pops up that allows you to select download. Sometimes a small download menu pops up after a short press, but it doesn't stay on the screen and allow you to select the download option. When this happens, the file will only stream, regardless of the app you're using.;
Credit Card is constantly declined
While not always the case, we have found that a number of banks automatically decline internet transactions that originate in New Zealand.
The easiest way to fix this issue, is to contact your credit card issuer and ask them to unblock transactions with Son of Thunder Limited.;
Logging into account after website upgrade
If you have not logged into your account since the website upgrade, you will need to reset your password to be able to access your account.
To do this you can request a password reset using the Forgot Password button on the login page.
